Handyman - Jack of all Trades Needed - PRN

“Sub-Contractor” needed for partnering to a busy Handyman LLC to handle painting, carpentry, small electrical/plumbing, appliance installs, and some outdoor/landscape work. Must be able to lead 1-3 other team members effectively. Must be hard working, honest, competent and able to finish work on time.

Apx. 20 hours weekly or more. Flexible Scheduling/ PRN.

Ideally, an interested candidate would offer:

Pertinent experience with the trades, quality workmanship, and access to requisite tools.

Good customer service experience and management experience.

Ability to communicate and be punctual.

Education and Working History to support above qualities.

Availability 3 days or evenings a week for odd jobs and projects.

Commitment to Christian Ethics and Values, integrity, and a good attitude.

Note: PRN - Contract Status involves a partnership but not direct employment. RP is responsible for independent liability for workmanship, etc.
