Paving company in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Full- Time Laborer with experience to join our winning team! The ideal candidate must be professional, team player, great communicator, success driven, organized and detail oriented.
Daily Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Help equipment operator, and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prep job sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load or unload job materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Work as a Team player
Willingness to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
Perform site clean-up.
PAVING / CONCRETE Laborer Requirements:
Must have valid driver license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather.
Workers must be punctual and reliable.
Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
Successful candidate must have a minimum 6months of experience in all areas of Concrete & Asphalt work. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. EXCELLENT PAY WITH BENEFITS! Serious Inquiries only!
