CDS is looking for a working foreman or hard workers with landscaping experience Must be able to see jobs through to completion and have experience with some or all or the following.

Landscaping

Hardscaping

Trenching

Grading

Patio and Retaining wall construction

Will train the right person

CDS specializes in correcting wet basements and wet yard problems by controlling the flow of rain water outside the house and installing drainage systems to direct the runoff away from foundations.

Most jobs include removing or transplanting shrubs, installing and compacting soil, trenching, burying drain pipes, clean-up, edging, mulching, hauling debris to the dump and delivering material to job sites.

Must be in good physical condition and able to work 40 to 50 hrs. per week.

Must have transportation and a clean driving record.

Must have a professional appearance and be able to communicate with customers.
