Leasing Agent Needed!

A position is available for a hard working, detail oriented, and self motivated Leasing Agent for an Apartment Community in Albany, GA.

Minimum of 1 year experience preferred but will train

Residential complexes with a total of 190 units

STRONG Knowledge of Eviction Process & Fair Housing Laws

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Onesite, Lead to Lease, Yardi, AppFolio, etc. is a plus, but will train.

The ideal candidate should be:

Able to work unsupervised AND as a team player

Able to walk, climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs

Pay attention to detail

WEEKEND SCHEDULING IS REQUIRED

Some of the responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Telephone and face to face apartment rental "selling" skills

Prepare lease documents and process rental deposits/payments

Show apartment units to prospective residents

Inspect apartments for proper and complete turnovers done by our maintenance team

Inspect apartments for housekeeping problems (lacking cleanliness, over occupancy, extra pets, etc.)

Learn our lease terms and community policies

Organize and process vendor paperwork

Enter and communicate maintenance work orders

Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints

Required Skills:

Must have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to delivering the highest level of professional service in representing your community and the company

Sales experience is a must, experience in a commission-based environment or retail/hospitality field is preferred

Professional presentation and demeanor

Outgoing, friendly personality

Skilled in customer service

Must be a team player!
