As the HR Business Partner, you'll act as a People & Culture ‘point person’ for the Australian business. This role reports in to the Head of People & Culture with a specialist Talent Acquisition Partner also in the Australian P&C team. We have a workforce in India with local HR support who will be a point of contact as well.This is a full generalist role partnering with our Australian business: approx. 200 employees and growing. In addition to advising on tactical HR matters with line managers, you'll also manage relationships with senior business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans. This is where your change management experience, influencing skills and commercial mindset will really shine!We're a fintech that's already moved beyond start-up phase and are firmly in scale-up mode now. As such, part of your role will be supporting organisational design and workforce planning initiatives as we continue to grow.
