DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee Service Technicians who will operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors. Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement. Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records. Complete all tasks in accordance with Moore Home Services quality and safety standards. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external). Ensure department meets sales goals and metrics. Experience in setting furnaces and air conditioning units. Hands-on experience in brazing, zoning, mini splits, heat-pumps. Experience with all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates; Experience with overall operations of the system as a whole. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image. Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven. Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions. Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business. Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check. Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions. In addition to base salary, this job may be eligible to participate in our corporate discretionary bonus program, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar industry companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is: $75,000 - $200,000.
