Our innovative CX solutions, technology and expertise are designed to support operational needs for our clients and deliver a seamless experience to customers in the moments that matter.Supporting +9 million customer conversations every day in +60 languages across 45 countries, Foundever combines global strength and scale with the agile, entrepreneurial approach of our founder-led culture, enabling companies of all sizes and industries to transform their CX.Get to know us at www.foundever.com and connect with us on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.Job SummarySUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssists with the development and implementation regarding the licensing administration for all insurance agents.Processing all functions pertinent to Licensing and Appointments.These functions include but are not limited to:Coordinating, completing and monitoring the professional insurance licensing and appointing process for the firm and its employees, in accordance with state regulations.Obtaining, maintaining and terminating the appropriate insurance licenses and appointments while ensuring strict compliance with state insurance department regulations and maintaining effective communication with all affected parties.Maintain/update databases, ensuring the integrity of data.Track regulatory licensing and appointment requirements for all licensed agents.Build and maintain reports for agents in the hiring process as well as currently licensed agents.Coordinate pre-licensing and continuing education functions.Effectively communicate with and serve our agents, internal and external customers and state regulators.Handle confidential information with the highest ethical and professional standards.EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience requiredEXPERIENCE TARGETOffice and clerical experience preferred.Knowledge of insurance licensing processes and regulations is a strong plusPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesKNOWLEDGE/ABILITIESAbility to operate a computer to and meet deadlines.Able to maintain a minim, telephone, copier, fax machine and other office equipment.Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet.Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to manage um of the set standard production requirements and accuracy levels.Interpret and apply concepts based on company policies and procedures as well as state regulations.Must be able to process a variety of tasks and high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work under deadlines and strict regulatory issues.Strong keyboarding skills and experience using a variety of technology tools.Must be adaptable to a changing environment and shifting responsibilities.SKILLSAbility to work independently and collaboratively as situations require, with solid problem resolution skills.Independent judgment required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.Self-starter must be able to follow through on projects.Willingness to support other regional office positions as needed.Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesEducationExperience TargetSpecialized Certifications
