This project is in phase 2 of deployment working closely with the Agency’s Fiscal Group, Operations Team, and the Commonwealth’s Community Service Boards to assist with adoption of the WebGrants system. The position will be gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, collecting and reviewing data items for system readiness, and running User Acceptance Testing with business users to ensure the system is ready for production. Experience with WebGrants is desirable. Position will be hybrid remote with 2 days minimum required on-site at DBHDS office in Richmond. Parking will be in public lots with a daily rate.Required Skills

Gathering, compiling, evaluating, and interpreting complex information
Capturing key elements during meetings and brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction, and lead group to define and achieve goals
Presenting work results and recommendations in a written report or a verbal presentation
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Expert in gathering and analyzing requirements related to data management, reports, and analytics
Expert level skill in MS Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint
Experience with state, federal, local government or nonprofit grants management and administration Highly desired
Experience with WebGrants solution or grants experience desired
