Principal Accountabilities
Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues
Supporting roles in the processing of beef
General use of a knife or other tools
Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product
Ensuring food safety and quality
Maintaining Cleanliness and housekeeping
Maintaining a safe working environment
Required Qualifications
Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
Beef processing experience
Meat processing experience
Production experience
Knife experience
Work history in the last 12 months
