Cleaning maintenance officer

Are you an experienced and efficient commercial cleaner?We are currently seeking an experienced cleaner based at our Colgate Site in Villawood. As the Cleaning maintenance officer, you maintain the cleaning requirements for the site, this will include, emptying bins, mopping, topping up supplies and wiping down lunch room areas.  You will also be required to operate the bailer machine, walk-behind scrubbers, and pressure washers.  Your role will require the use of a forklift.  if you don't have a licence or your experience is limited, Sodexo will provide all training so you can safely operate any cleaning machinery and operate the forklift as the role requires.All Uniforms are supplied Inc. work boots.  The site also has a subsided cafeteria, paid overtime, onsite parking and is 5mins from the closest Train station.  This is a permanent full-time role, 38hrs per week, 6.00am to 2.00pm, salary is $60, 000 + super. Key responsibilities include:Commercial or warehouse cleaning experienceForklift operation (training and certification covered by Sodexo)Use of cleaning machinery / scrubbers (onsite training provided) Provide quality work and have demonstrated experience in safety and Chemical awareness Paid overtime - one Sunday a month to clean when facility is closed, and machines are not in use.Requirements:Current high Forklift license - or willing to obtainAustralian Citizenship or, Full Australian working rights   Why choose Sodexo?   Sodexo is a people business, employing over 400,000 people worldwide and thousands here in Australia. Our employees, who personify Sodexo's unique values of Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress, are our greatest asset through their commitment and dedication.   We believe the more diverse we are, the stronger we are.
