Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist in Wailuku

Full-time position available for a Hawaii Licensed Physical Therapist who would like to join a great team and gain valuable experience. We are a thriving, outpatient private practice with two locations - in Kihei and Wailuku. We are a locally owned and physical therapist operated. Premier Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time licensed physical therapist (PT) at our WAILUKU location in central Maui 24-40 hours per week. Hours typically would between Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Would consider Saturday hours. Hours would increase up to 40 hours per week for vacation coverage and patient care demand. Therapists are providing both direct patient care and telehealth services.

We are taking precautions to keep everyone safe due to COVID-19 and following safety guidelines. All team members are to help with cleaning and disinfecting equipment and frequently touched items. Face coverings or masks are required to be worn by staff and patients.

Variety of orthopedic diagnoses are seen and treated. The occasional neurological, vestibular, pediatric, and wheelchair evaluations keeps it interesting. Manual therapy skills are required. Hawaii State License to treat as a physical therapist is required. Must be able to work independently and be team oriented to help reach clinic goals. All staff members participates with community service events, promotion of physical therapy, and meeting with doctors and other community providers. Reliable transportation is needed to help with marketing events and clinic business. This position includes benefits such as 401(K), supplemental insurance, and health insurance.
