Job Description
Your roleIn this position, you’ll play a critical role in helping to build regional inclusivity across Twitter Service. You will be a key liaison between our San Francisco office and our European and Asian teams. You’ll focus on assessing two critical areas where we need to build stronger inclusivity - our team culture and operational needs.
This role is based out of our Dublin, Ireland office and you’ll work closely with our San Francisco team to extend programs out to the regions that will help us continue to build upon the unique ethos and culture that we have in Twitter Service. In return, you’ll collect and represent critical feedback from the regions to build new and impactful global ethos programs.
You will also focus on assessing the operational needs of our regions and will develop programs and processes that our local managers can use to build operational excellence at scale.
What You’ll DoDevelop processes for managers to use that will drive clear visibility into global deadlines, provide a clear line of site for horizon work, and keep a consistent operational cadence across our regions.
Assist in creating programs and events for our organization that will help our team members engage with each other and develop a sense of culture.
Partner with management to help drive cadence for key initiatives and ensure the team is being held accountable for closing out on action items.
You’ll partner with our regional leads to develop initiatives that will be used by local teams to establish our ethos and culture worldwide.
Work with team leads to assist in building programs that will establish a sense of trust across our organization.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in project/program management for a large size organization (50-100+ employees)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic business environment; tech or social media industry experience highly desired
Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
Organized, self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
Ability to travel up to 25% per year to domestic and/or global office locations
A passion for Twitter and our mission
BA/BS degree
