Step by Step, Inc is a non-profit organization that provide supports to over 2000 individuals throughout the state with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and substance abuse. All staff support those in our care to reach their highest potential.

We are hiring in Lehigh and Northampton Counties.

Shifts vary according to the needs of the individuals in care, however we do request consistency to ensure the best care possible!

All Team Members must:

• be 18 years of age or older
• have a current driver’s license with no suspensions or points within the past three years
• possess a high school diploma or GED PLUS 2 years minimum experience with developmental disability direct care or 3 years of related experience OR
• possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field
• have no prohibitive criminal offenses

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.62 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:Required at start of shift - temperature checks, wear masks, frequent hand hygiene, frequent disinfecting, minimizing staff movement from site to site, $1.00 extra per hour worked. Pay difference if working in a site with possible or confirmed cases.
