Senior Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Senior Developerto join a team in Lehi, UT to support the release of an application in the Latin American market.

• Take any task and work with necessary parties to get it to completion.
• Be a subject matter expert for product managers, UX designers, other teams, and users to ensure customer needs are being met during development.
• Make meaningful contributions and suggestions for refactoring.
• Work with the team to identify, define, and size user stories and tasks.
• Develop high-quality software using industry and team best practices.
• Identify and implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with other developers through pair and mob programming.
• Participate as part of the user testing process learning and gaining feedback.
• Constantly strive to gain industry knowledge and develop a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Perform manual quality assurance as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a related field), and 6+ years of work experience. Relevant technical experience may substitute for education.
• Expert in TypeScript, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• Expert in Angular, AngularJS, React, Ember.js or another JavaScript front-end framework.
• Excellent JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
• Expert in the testing and QA processes.
• Experience with Git or another version control system.
• Understand the code base.
• Be a subject matter expert.
• Able to write clean, maintainable, and innovative code.
• Serve as a mentor and a leader to others.Strives to expand their influence with the team through pairing, training, promoting sound processes, and mentorship.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with others.
• Able to consistently accomplish tasks before deadlines.
• Able to make tooling decisions for the team.
