We bring the strength of Wells Fargo's Vision, Values & Goals and its diversity of products and services to bear for dealers and consumers.The Business Initiatives Consultant 2-Commercial Sales Support will report to the Auto Operational Initiatives & Oversight Leader, supporting the Commercial Auto business.The Consultant is responsible for supporting and partnering with business leaders and partners to help drive the business's marketing strategies through the following activities:Participating in marketing program design and documentation

Serving as the business subject matter expert on Relationship View functionality

Serving as the business subject matter expert on the Pricer Tool functionality

Serving as the business subject matter expert on Profit View functionality

Leveraging Customer Relationship Management and profitability based tools to:

o Help build and develop marketing based performance tracking metrics and reporting used to evaluate relationshipo Management and market performanceo Identify product areas of focus and growth potential based on customer need, usage, and profitabilityo Manage/own market plans helping to drive market strategiesAdditional Responsibilities Include:Identifying, reporting, and escalating emerging risks identified through data sources and analysis

Leading or participating in projects and initiatives to deliver holistic solutions to business problems

Required Qualifications:6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
