As such, the individual needs to be adaptable and have the ability to learn multiple functions (i.e, we are not simply a pick / pull / pack operation). We will focus on reliability, quality of efforts, and pace during the interviews.As an integral member of our shipping and receiving team, the Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator will perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in receiving, storing, shipping, packaging and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and finished goods. To accomplish this goal, they will sort, count, verify and fill orders for materials and finished goods by safely and accurately operating a variety of machines such as scales, label printers, and computer. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will be involved in the daily inventory management of all materials necessary for the manufacturing of our products as well as the final products themselves by conducting cycle counts.Basic QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalent certification

Two years of related work experience, with a preference for a manufacturing environment

Proven basic understanding of a warehouse or logistics environment, including the precise receipt of materials and accurate shipping of assembled products

Documented skills with Microsoft Excel and tracking materials in a database

Proven attention to detail and understanding of processes and procedural documents

Demonstrated experience with the safety procedures for safely lifting and/or moving packages up to 50 pounds in weight by hand and using floor jacks and hand trucks

Proven ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers and vendors
