Anthology Senior Living of Northville, 44600 Five Mile Rd. Northville, MI 48168 is currently seeking a Director of Health and Wellness to join our community!
The Director of Health & Wellness plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall operation of the nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
Reports to : Executive Director
FLSA Status : Full-Time Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS :
Maintain a current LPN or RN license in the state of employment
Minimum 3 years of experience in senior living care setting
Available to work a flexible schedule
Knowledge of Dementia
Ability to work under pressure and relate well to residents
CPR certification
Excellent bedside manner
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Experience working with an electronic health record system
