Maintenance Manager

A local law firm is seeking a supervisor to lead their maintenance team tracking times, expenses, inventory and reporting on activities. This Maintenance Supervisor role will also be responsible for planning and managing all repairs, projects, and assuring adherence to laws and fair housing requirements.

This role requires prior management experience, a bachelors or four-year degree. Prior construction or maintenance experience is STRONGLY preferred.

Must be very comfortable interacting with people on a daily basis, possess management and leadership skills, and interact in a professional manner with all individuals.
