In this role, you will apply business expertise, systems thinking, analytical capability and program/project management skills to lead implementations of varied strategic initiatives. You will provide creative and flexible project and program level leadership to drive the timely and successful delivery of our products and services, in areas as diverse as Care Center launches and EMR implementations.What you will do:Define and drive complex projects by taking ownership.

Identify and document all scope and requirements.

Manage execution of deliverables, including development of goals, objectives and roadmaps and appropriate report-outs on scope, schedule and resource.

Manage stakeholder communication across multiple business teams on activities of implementation

Work with stakeholders to design, implement, and operate new programs and/or enhancements.

Support critical relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors.

Lead and motivate project teams and maintain high quality relationships.

Focus on delivering customer value with solution-oriented behaviors

What you will bring:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or related field of study or four years of business experience.

Eight years of experience in developing, implementing, training and supporting new or existing strategic programs and processes, including three years of experience in program, project, and change management or a combination of the three.

While not required, the following skills and experiences are preferred:Proficiency and knowledgeable in Lean and agile project management tools

Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws/regulations applicable to healthcare, including CMS and HIPPA.

Working knowledge of insurance products, operations, and regulations.

Experience implementing care centers

Experience in IT implementations, particularly in Practice Management and/or Electronic Medical Records.
