Small Financial Planning group - looking for friendly face for daytime

We have been in business for 30 plus years and work with individuals who need guidance in saving and planning towards their future. We are two Certified Financial Planners (one man and one woman) and two full time staff - all of whom work together as a team to prepare for meetings, etc. We are also licensed stock brokers and insurance agents - and have had many of the same clients and their families for 20 plus years. We try to take good care of our friends/clients as they work towards their uncertain future - helping them accomplish their goals and dreams along the way.

Our location is on Grand Ave - near the governors mansion.

Looking for a competent, friendly, professional looking person to work daytime hours - from 8:30 am to 4 pm or 5 pm. (with somewhat shorter hours during the summer) This person would answer the phone, greet clients, make reminder phone calls, do follow up calls after appointments - and do other office tasks as necessary. Looking for people with computer skills - word, excel, etc - nothing too advanced. QuickBooks is also a plus - but not mandatory. Need to have benefits through other sources/spouse. Can be very flexible with time off - especially in the Summer - with less hours needed then - but full hours Fall through beginning of Summer. Pay will begin in the $12 range and will increase as you master skills. Please contact us with questions or interest. We are a drug and drama free workplace.
