Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an AEW&C Manager to join the MS&B IP&S team in Oklahoma City, OK.Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees that develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working on multiple projects/programs of various size and complexity

3+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines

3+ years of experience guiding decision making in a cross-functional teaming environment

3+ years of experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis

3+ years of experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applications

3+ years of experience as proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
