Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) , Supply Chain (SC) is looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager (Level 3) to join the Demand Forecasting & New Business Team, based in Seattle, Washington .We are looking for dynamic candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will support the management and maturation of projects that support Demand Forecasting and New Business activities across all Boeing commercial and government airplane platforms.Position Responsibilities:

Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

Participates in and/or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating project elements and communications.

Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.

Coordinates commitments with internal stakeholders to fulfill strategies.

Schedules and leads reviews with stakeholders

Manages program operating rhythm.

Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.

Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement standard methodologies that support project decision makers.

This position is a hybrid position. This means the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Seattle, Washington. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

3+ years of experience communicating effectively at multiple levels

3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with Boeing Supply Chain tools and processes

Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environment

Experience in work movement/transfers

Experience in Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
