Adventure Weekend Program Facilitators For the past 100+ years, Girl Scouts San Diego (GSSD) has been on a mission to build girls of courage confidence and character, who make the world a better place.GSSD is looking for outdoor adventure loving individuals to create memorable experiences for our members (campers and volunteers) by planning, coordinating, and facilitating outdoor weekend program activities including, weekend campouts, archery, fishing, hatchet throwing, arts & crafts and nature. $163 per full day worked (approximately 8-10- hours); or
$260 per full weekend worked (Friday evening through Sunday)
may be prorated if working less than a full day.What do you need for this position?Our members can benefit from your expertise in outdoor program facilitation and/or knowledge in outdoor activities to include archery, fishing, arts & crafts and nature. Having the ability to sing songs and play games simultaneously while teaching and guiding groups of participants is a bonus!Where will you work?You will spend one weekend a month surrounded in nature at our resident camps located in the Cuyamaca Mountains in the town of Julian, CA and/or in San Diego, CA at our Balboa campus.
