Loan Servicing - Support

Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Loan Servicing Support Specialist. This role is responsible for performance of support duties related to the processing and servicing of loans. Tasks include customer communication, processes to maintain accurate system records, payment postings, and legal documents. Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and driven individual? Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness

Prepares escrow payments for property taxes, insurance, and association dues

Attend to adjustments on loans, advances, and payments

Take lead on credit reporting disputes and correct credit reporting errors

Answer customer inquiries efficiently and accurately, which may include generating loan payoff letters

Loan maintenance, which includes but is not limited to modifications, extensions and required changes in core processing system

Inquire into misapplied or missing loan payments Requirements - Attention to detail and critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must

Ability to work in a highly confidential and compliance driven environment

Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/BA/BS in Accounting, finance or economics preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
