AP/AR: Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, which includes processing invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

Bank Reconciliations: Ensuring that bank statements and financial records are reconciled regularly to identify any discrepancies and resolve them.

Proactive and Fast Learner: Seeking a candidate who is proactive in their approach to work and has a strong ability to learn quickly.

Prior Reconciliation Experience Preferred: While not mandatory, previous experience in reconciliation tasks is preferred, as it can help the candidate perform their responsibilities effectively.

Issue Escalation: Reviewing financial records and identifying any issues or discrepancies, and then escalating them to the manager for resolution.

Reporting into the Head of Accounting Operations

Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills such as H-Look up, V-Look up, and SUM IFs, which are commonly used for data analysis and financial reporting.
