Description The Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization's computer systems. This includes installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring the security of the systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Install and configure hardware and software

Manage user accounts and permissions

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems

Maintain system security

Monitor system performance and health

Perform backups and restores

Research and recommend new technologies

Document systems and procedures

Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

3+ years of experience as a systems administrator

Strong understanding of computer systems and networks

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Linux, and networking

Experience with a variety of hardware and software

Desired Skills:

Experience with Active Directory

Experience with virtualization

Experience with cloud computing

Experience with scripting languages

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
