Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Data Analysis and Messaging

Extracts, cleans, organizes, and combines data from multiple sources as necessary to serve reporting objectives.

Analyzes key IT project, application, and financial data to ascertain progress towards business division goals.

Translates data, information, and trends into key messages and visualizations.

Incorporates and organizes key messages in PowerPoint presentation materials.

Develops quarterly financial and IT application health reporting deliverables.

Coordination & Deliverable Management

Coordinates periodic update/refresh of key project information, including categorization and financials that will feed reporting.

Oversees completion of key cross-division artifacts and deliverables.

Manages issues, risks, and escalates to Director as needed.

Establishes and maintains productive relationships across all levels within the IT organization and external suppliers.Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.All other activities as assigned.Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or another discipline relevant to the Healthcare industry.

4-6 years of IT experience in large or midsized multinational organization; Pharmaceutical or Health Care organization a plus.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task across multiple programs successfully.

Proven experience conveying progress and achievement of business goals and objectives.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products, including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint, Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Experience developing executive-level presentations.

Understanding of the complete software life cycle, including privacy and security aspects.

Works effectively with all levels of management up to and including Division Directors and VPs.

Exposure to setting IT strategy and business-IT alignment a plus.
