This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary to hire in nature and is located in the Orlando, FL areaMust have your own vehicle and able to travel locally What you get to do every day:

Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions

Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

Requirements

Requirements

Excellent Customer Service

Desktop support or related experience

Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

Active Directory experience preferred

Experience with configuration management

Proficiency in Microsoft

Proven knowledge of Deployments

Mac Computers experience (preferred)

General familiarity with Desktop Hardware

Well-founded grasp of Deskside Support

Dell Technologies experience
