Accounts Receivable Associate

Description A Robert Half client in Tampa is hiring for a Accounts Receivable Specialist on a full-time, direct-hire basis.This position will be responsible for the following:

Receiving, reviewing and processing all customer check, credit and ACH payments in the general ledger

Review of customer accounts for accuracy while reconciling revenue transactions for accuracy

Following up on past due accounts by phone and email

Ensuring the accuracy of incoming bank transactions as needed

Collaborating with other departments within the organization to complete required AR tasks

Requirements

Position Requirements:

2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

Strong organizational skills are required

Intermediate Excel skills

Must be organized and efficient with time management

Comfortable introducing new ideas within the payroll department
