Description Finance Coordinator Nonprofit NW Washington, D.C.$65k-$75k, hybrid, career growth, plus bonus, great benefits My client is a mission based nonprofit organization located in NW Washington, D.C. with a need for a Finance Coordinator. The organization has grown over the last 18 months and due to the growth is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support the operational accounting for the headquarters based in Washington, D.C. This Finance Coordinator opportunity will be involved in daily operational accounting and finance tasks and offers tremendous career growth. The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties: · Process employee payroll using ADP WorkforceNow · Review daily accounts receivable reports and ensure collection of receivables in a timely manner and communicate with various departments · Process all checks, and payments received, create bank deposits, and apply to appropriate accounts· Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow reports · Process accounts payable vendor invoices and employee expense reports · Ensure timely submission of weekly time tickets, prepare payroll batch, and submit to CFO for processing.· Assist in various duties assigned by Controller All interested candidates in this Finance Coordinator and other fulltime opportunities across the D.C. please contact Justin Decker via LinkedIn.
