Billing & AP Specialist
Description EXCELLENT BENEFITS! Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently working on a direct hire Billing & AP position with a long-standing Toledo-area contractor. As the successful candidate, you will play a critical role, working closely with the Controller, as you:
Manage billing information, and handle job cost modules.
Generate and submit client invoices for project (AIA) and service billing.
Maintain bid schedule, including timely filings and paperwork.
Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable, including invoice entry and account reconciliation.
Perform various office tasks, including phone reception, office supplies procurement, and filing with local governmental offices.
Collaborate closely with Project and Service Managers to understand ongoing construction projects and financial requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and handle AR billing questions and follow up with clients as needed.

3 years or more of experience in billing and accounts payable.
Prior experience in architecture, engineering/construction (AIA completion) billing, job costing, or service provider accounting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
