Description:To coordinate mechanical build tasks with other Manufacturing staff to fulfill customer requirements while adhering to safety, quality and customer specificationsFollows standardized procedures to accomplish assigned tasksMechanically assembles electrical control panels per customer specifications with appropriate toolsCoordinates with teammates to organize tasks requiring multiple team members to accomplishProvides information and coordinates action plans at cross-functional meetings and communicates issues with team members and/or visitors to drive corrective actionsUtilize drawings to lay out structure for panels, measure dimensions, verify, build panels, boxes, electrical cabinets for team to wire and inspect.Performs part replacement on tools as needed and according to schedules Works under direct, close supervision, with output monitored frequentlyMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedFollow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aidsEnsure that assigned area is clean and organized per 5S standardsAdhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisorComply and follow all procedures within the company security policyAdditional Skills & Qualifications:2 + years experience in mechanical installation and assembly (similar fields include millwrights, airframe mechanics (builders in mechanical), install technicians, maintenance, and panel builders)Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.Ability to interpret blueprints , graphs, schematics, and diagrams.Experience Level:Intermediate LeveAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
