Description:(1)2nd Shift Monday to Friday 2:00 - 10:30pm, Saturday 8-10hrs, Need to be open to OT during the week-Inspection of production processes and products for acceptability
-Perform receiving, in-process, final and shipping inspections
-Utilize GAGEtrak software to manage gages by inputting gage data, sending recall notices, updating the database, and preparing special reports.
-Adopt and implement the Quality Assurance Procedures-QAP and Departmental Work Instructions-DWI, identified in QEMS Employee Training Matrix located on the LANSkills:quality assurance, quality check, micrometer, visual inspection, Inspection, Quality control, Blueprint, Micrometre, Qa, Calipers, Cmm, Quality inspection, gagesTop Skills Details:quality assurance,quality check,micrometer,visual inspectionAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Minimum 2 years quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Mechanical inspection experience using calipers, micrometer and gages.
Hand tools: micrometers, gages, calipers, etc.
Relevant products: heavy machinery, marge metal components, tanks, pressure vessels…even smaller components like semiconductors or aerospace fasteners
