Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.Circuit board layout design experience in Altium is a must.5 years relevant industry experience designing consumer electronics and/or embedded systems.Strong Electrical Engineering fundamentals (analog/digital design, signal/power integrity, etc).Comfortable in a lab environment using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, etc.Familiar with leading PCB technology and electrical design and characterization of the following areas:DDR3/4, PCIe gen3, USB3, LPDP, MIPI and I2C/SPI/UART busesKnowledge in one or more of the following areas:CPU/MCUPower (DC-DC converters, battery, power management, low power design)Analog circuitsAudio/camera/display/ wireless integration and measurementSensor design and integrationExpertise in board CAD tools including AltiumExperience designing high volume products from beginning to end and dealing with contract manufacturersTop Skills Detailscircuit board design and layout in altiumembedded systems experienceconsumer electronicscommunication protocols (I2C, UART, bluetooth, SPI)full product lifecycle, comfortable testing own designsExternal Communities Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced Hardware Engineer to help design and define our next generation of exciting products and product features, and to bring those products from concept to production.
