Customer Service Representative - Bilingual PreferredWork Hours: Mon-Fri (Candidates must be open to either a early start of 7 am and as late as 7 pm Call Center Operations. It should be an 8 hour work day. During Training, work hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.)JOB DESCRIPTIONThese individuals will be in our call center answering high volume of calls from policy holders. More than likely the policy holder will be filing a claim due to injury or illness and it will be their first time doing so, so this individual must be empathetic and having strong customer service skills and follow up is important.

Learn how to service the core calls received in the CSR position (Claims and customer service calls for policyholders and agents - in all core lines of business, Accident, Life and Health)

Be able confident and capable to handle all service and claim situations.

Learn soft skills while communicating with customers

Focus on customers' needs and develops a customer centric approach in servicing customer's needs.

Demonstrate very good service capabilities and consistent customer focused approach.

Learn all policy product lines, all procedures for the core calls,

Demonstrate good productivity, quality and dependability results along with being customer focused in all call work
