We are looking for an engineer to join the team building service quality, data and intelligence solutions to support our mission on business process management (BPM)/intelligence, service health, and engineering excellence. This is a novel, innovative, and startup like team, where everyone collaborates closely in supporting a world class service. The primary focus of this role is develop and operate business process management and data analytics platforms that drive busines process performance and engineering excellence, with resilience, scale, business and operational transparency built in our systems.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for end-to-end system design, technology innovation, and possesses a strong interest in modern engineering. He or she is an experienced and high performing software engineer, capable of designing and developing complex software systems.ResponsibilitiesWhat we expect from you:To help us meet this very interesting challenge we are looking for an enthusiastic, world class, big brained Software Engineer. You will be responsible for contributing to the long-term vision for the service. You will drive the design, development, validation and delivery of components and features. You will coach and mentor junior members of the team to deliver amazing results, and drive strong partnership across teams.QualificationsWhat experience you will need:BS in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of software development experience working in managed code environment

3+ years of experience building services on Cloud technologies at enterprise scale level

3+ years of experience in database and big data analytics implementation

Preferred, not required qualifications:Solid C#/ Java/C coding skills, Object Oriented Programming

Solid debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure

Experience in business process/application integration and monitoring solutions

Experienced agile practitioner in Ci/CD implementation model
