Public Area Attendant

SUMMARYClean and maintain all public areas including all public bathrooms by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Constantly dusting, disinfecting and cleaning of all bathroomsConstantly restocking of toilet paper and paper towelsMonitoring of supplies needed in stock closetSweeping and moping all floorsMaintaining all glass and mirror areas cleanClean ashtrays and trash in public areasDusting all public areasClean and maintain all offices located in lobby and sales areasReport any engineering problems immediately to supervisor and or centralized department locationsPlaces trash in specific areas for pick upQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
