Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of day-to-day marketing tasks and processes, including implementing and co-ordinating effective communications strategies, managing and raising awareness of the brand, ensuring brand compliance and consistency, as well as the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Salary range: $42000 - $52000 per year.

• Assist in marketing plan preparation, including budget and short and long-term strategy.
• Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns laid out in the marketing plan, following the direction of the Marketing Manager.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of the marketing automation strategy.
• Assisting with USA public and media relations, supplier management and development.
• Identifying opportunities to increase and improve brand/product awareness, corporate reputation, and identity; identify and execute PR opportunities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered within budget and that all activities are forecast in line with budget forecast deadlines.
• Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Assist with the launch of new products, services, and concepts, including undertaking market research to support launch activities.

• Account management experience within a successful software-oriented business.
• Self-motivated and action-driven with the ability to take initiative, execute, and follow-through.
• Proven ability to meet established timelines.
• Well organized with superb project management and time management skills.
