WHAT DOES A LOT ATTENDANT DO?

Park and move RV units as needed for lot/inventory reconfiguration; moves to service bays and/or storage areas; or customer requests in a timely manner in all weather conditions

Maintain inventory in an orderly, efficient manner and ensure that all vehicles are clean, presentable and correctly displayed to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

Keeps lot professional in appearance – Ensures safe and clean environment for customers and coworkers

Visually inspect RV units on sales lot and set them up for display – i.e. select awnings are open, doors are unlocked, slide-outs are open, steps and jacks are down, etc.

Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize based upon business needs

Strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity

Experience driving heavy equipment, yard tractor and/or forklift (certification is a plus!)

Comfortable driving RVs

Previous towing experience is preferred

Experience using generators and operating RV slide-outs and awnings is a plus

Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods of driving a tractor, standing, bending, twisting and lifting

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistance
