Nursing Technician - Oncology - Butterworth - Full Time Nights

Facility: Butterworth Hospital - GRAND RAPIDS, MIDepartment: 5n Oncology - BwCategory: Nursing AssistantClassification: Full-time with Benefits (A1)Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Performs basic skills per hospital/unit guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.Nursing technicians play a vital part at Spectrum Health providing support to our clinicians in providing the best care to patients. Please be aware your first week and a half will include required training with our Nurse Education Team in a simulation center. This will be full time, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. You will be compensated for your time in training, but these classes are preset, and not flexible.
