Job Description
The Pre-closeris accountable for overseeing a pipeline of purchase and/or refinance files from Intake to Closing. They work collaboratively with teammates in all internal departments to provide world class service and a positive closing experience to our clients. They serve as a main point of contact and communication for agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process. Pre-closers ensure that all documents required for closing have been obtained or provided, ordered, or drafted in order to fulfill the terms of the contract as well as convey clear title. This includes but is not limited to: contract documents, exhibits, addendums, payoffs for outstanding loans, taxes, utilities, HOA dues, title clearance, etc. The Pre-closer is responsible for keeping the software file updated with communication, file status updates, and notes. They are also responsible for coordinating and scheduling the closing with all parties.Qualifications

equired Job Skills:- Excellent email/writing skills, friendly/professional phone manner, and strong problem solving skills
- 1-3 years experience as a real estate closing paralegal or equivalent
- Demonstrates an innate ability and excitement to deliver a high quality service with a smile
- Great customer service including the ability to de-escalate concerns of agents, buyers, & sellers
- Effective time management, organized, detail–oriented ability to work independently
- Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstration of World Class Service both internally and externally
- Familiarity with SoftPro preferred
