Home Performance Crew Members

We are looking for crew members to grow our insulation/air sealing/HVAC/home performance team.

For Crew Member Position: Candidates with less experience but an interest in what we do are encouraged to apply- many of our team members come from other fields and we're happy to train the right folks.

We are a growing business passionate about green building, energy efficiency, and helping Mainers reduce their carbon footprints. We've been in business for more than a decade and are excited to grow our crew.

This is a long-term, full time, weekday position with benefits (health, dental, vision) and competitive starting pay ($16-$20) DOE). Hours are roughly 7:30-4 Monday-Friday with some overtime if desired. We offer paid vacation time. We do not work on weekends or holidays.
