Staffmark is partnerning with our client, a global provider of financial services technology, to hire Call Center Customer Service Representatives in Hagerstown, MD! We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that can demonstrate excellence in delivering both world class customer service and problem resolution.

Competitive Pay! $15.00- $16.80/hr. based on the shift you choose
Opportunities for Overtime
The opportunity to get hired on permanent after 6 months.
Requirements for the position include but are not limited to:
1+years working in a customer focused environment
Experience navigating dual monitors and several applications at a time
Demonstrate ability to multi-task (talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
Strong customer focus with experience resolving issues with a positive outcome
Strong attention to detail, communication and listening skills
Flexibility to work shift schedule and overtime as needed
