A thriving biotech company is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team! We are looking for someone who wants to grow their career in a biotechnology company and get your foot in the door! In this role, you will be the face and voice of the company.
Job Requirements:
Answer inbound calls from customers
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Retain current customer base by providing excellent customer service
Track all customer service requests and queries
Take first call from customers
Answer customer queries and inquiries via telephone and email
Assist with customer service issues
Help customers and providing an excellent customer experience
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Process customer orders for all customer types
Deliver excellent levels of customer service
Share customer knowledge and solve customer inquiries
Take customer orders & deal with general customer queries
Handle both inbound & outbound calls and provide high quality customer service
Take ownership of solving customer issues through proactive customer service
Operate via telephone to contact customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
1-2 years of experience in general customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and/ or Google suite of products
Excellent people skills - Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external partners
Excellent organizational skills, dependability, and strong follow through on tasks
Compensation:
$50-55k
