Job Description

We are looking for a Collibra Data Governance Policy Analyst, eager to learn and develop through mentoring by joining our team supporting a National Securitycustomer. Within an important Enterprise Data Management program, the successful candidate will work with internal and external customers in developing IT analytic documents, articulating complex issues and writing management reports. This position also provides administrative and logistics support for collaborative working groups, facilitated sessions, and team meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or BA degree
  • 5-7 years of work experience in IT, Data, or Communications
  • Experience using Collibra
  • Agile Team experience with Jira and Confluence using Scrum and Kanban
  • Ability to write basic SQL
  • Data modeling and Architecture experience
  • Logical and Physical Data Model Erwin skills
  • Experience managing Data Dictionary, Data Catalogs
  • Ability to understand and perform data management Create, Read, Update Delete operations on Application and Systems metadata
  • Tableau experience in developing simple standard reports
  • Knowledge to maintain Active Directory Groups and user accounts
  • Share Point maintenance skills with aspx pages and webparts
  • Ability to create and maintain data model design documents
  • Experience with web-based software application with data management skills
  • Ability to create innovative workflow business process and document these business process models into written form as Standard Operating Procedures SOPs.
  • MS Visio Business Process Model experience

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Secret Clearancepreferable, ability to obtain security clearance required
  • Solid communication and time management skills with experience in planning work schedules
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal, communications (written and oral), and organizational skills
  • Experience using SharePoint 2010 or above for content management
  • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies, methodologies, and visualization approaches
