We’re looking for window install crews that can help us successfully serve our customers around Lansing, MI. We have nearly 60 years of experience and recognize the value that our install crews bring to our team by treating them with respect and paying them quickly!
You and your crew will experience:
- An in house project coordinator and installation manager to assist with questions and coordination
- An organized morning pick up process of materials
- Consistent work
- Excellent and reliable compensation
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience with the installation of residential replacement windows
- Your own vehicle and tools
- Insurance and licensing that meets our requirements – we can assist with this if needed
- Pride in your work
- The ability to represent Pella and our brand name and reputation
