You can too.District Overview Kiewit Equipment Services (KES) helps to ensure the profitability of Kiewit projects through the improved equipment utilization and mechanical reliability by delivering world-class equipment and service.Location This position will be based out of Vancouver, WA. This is a shared service environment in a professional office setting.Responsibilities Vehicle Registration and Licensing Manage fleet license in 9 states 2200 vehicles Work with projects on inspections, VIN verifications and emission related requirements.California Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) Register new equipment that fall under the regulation Schedule initial CARB inspection Monitor renewals Annual reportingDOT Assessment Coordination Set up Mitigation Action Plan (MAP) for new projects Perform office portion of DOT assessments Complete assessment documentation Annual UCR filing Annual Haz-Mat licenseEquipment Sales Set up Schedule A for auctions Coordinate titles to auction houseOffice Management Support Regional equipment manger Manage Sharepoint pageQualifications 5 years of administrative support experience required A bachelor's or associate’s degree related to the role strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Solid skills with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners and A/V equipment Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, as needed Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to maintain strict confidence of important, sensitive information and materials Enthusiastic team player with an interest in helping the team stay connected and working effectively togetherWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
