Ultimately, we want to create an environment that maximizes the talent of our team members and our knowledge of Process Excellence so that we can deliver world class solutions and services to our customer base.Responsible for leading cross functional, virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity.Provides leadership across Process Excellence team in the integration and implementation of programs, services and initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.Ensures key team deliverables are competed with quality and on time, facilitates team's monthly business reviews and manages weekly leadership meeting agendas.This role is critical to ensure smooth execution and operations within the Process Excellence team.Will work with regulatory and external auditors on behalf of the Business Process Management teamWill aid the business in managing risk through identifying and evaluating exposures and potential risksRequired Qualifications:8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications:Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels

Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change

Ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach-

Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis

Experience using business knowledge and critical thinking

A BS/BA degree or higher in business or management

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Financial services industry experience

Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management

Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
