Person will be responsible to maintain the current business with given growth and achieve new sales targets for the region.

Personwill be responsible for adding new customers, new projects by making cold calls and converting opportunities into business in the region.

Industrial B2B sales experience is preferred. Prior experience of performance tapes sales in Automotive / Industrial is a must. The person should also have experience in working with distributors.

Person will work closely with the Tier suppliers in Automotive, Durables and converters & distributors to develop and grow business.

Relationship building is the key factor within and outside the organization.

Understanding of SPIN sales model to identify and uncover new opportunities.

● Achieve reasonable but aggressive sales results / targets

● To handle Northregion sales & collection

● Creating and converting new opportunities into Business sales.

● Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals.

● Develop and manage the dealer network in assigned territory.

● Ensure Receivables from the customers as per the agreed terms.
