Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Finance Manager - Data Analytics PSJH to Providence Finance in Renton, WA.

We are seeking a Finance Manager PSJH to support local ministry / entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned.

Responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to standardize the existing views as well as introducing new metrics to drive better business insights.

Additionally, to provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting and to develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies.

May also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Other responsibilities may include development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities :

Carry out the mission, vision and values of Providence St. Joseph Health; assist local finance leadership in managing costs against budgets.

Provide support to local leadership teams in developing centralized reporting to drive better insights to the businesses.

Responsible for creating standard executive views as well as simplifying and streamlining the existing reporting capabilities

Understand different data sources and lead the efforts to create standard and comprehensive reporting views.

Responsible for moving existing reporting platform to PBI.

Qualifications :

Required qualifications for this position include :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, equivalent education / experience.

5 years finance experience.

Able to use mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem.

Able to analyze and interpret financial data.

Able to analyze information, evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Able to analyze information gathered by investigation, and report findings and recommendations.

Knowledge of financial principles and practices and the ability to apply them effectively.

Preferred qualifications for this position include :

Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications.
